How to claim prize?
Write your complete name and signature at the back of winning tickets. Do not fold or tear your tickets it should be readable and in original state. Prizes amounting to 20.00php up to 5,000.00php can be claimed in any PCSO authorized outlets or at any PCSO branches near you. Prizes amounting to more than 5,000.00php up to 200,000.00php can only be claimed at PCSO Main Office 2nd Floor Conservatory Building, 605 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
Jackpot Prizes can only be claimed at PCSO Main Office 2nd Floor Conservatory Building, 605 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
